Hopefully it will lead to conclusion (that many already know), that access to CGMS reduces lows/hypos!!!

Such a weird thing that it actually has to be studied to be proven in this case…

It might help to convince governments that CGM coverage is a necessity. Without rigorous scientific evidence, they can be very reluctant to cover CGMs.

It sounds cool but I don’t really understand what they’ll be doing. Like I can see some ideas coming out of it (CGM lowers hypos). But like are they trying to figure out what causes hypos beyond just “too much insulin at the wrong time?” Will there be biopsies or cell studies that they analyze? Or is it just going to be blood sugar data?
