We do every other day site changes and have many less site problems/ghost doses than when we were on every 3rd day.

I’ve wondered if more pokes (site changes) with fewer days per site is better for skin in the long run than fewer pokes with more days per site…
I’m going to start changing every other day since this lump in my right arm from last month is still there and scar tissue as a possible issue is freaking me out.

Did your endo have to change the amount of sites prescribed for you to be able to switch to every other day?

Yes she did have to prescribe every other day site changes. And she was all for it, when we documented my son’s problems with the 3rd day.
It does make the order for the quarter come in a pretty big box though.

i am still trying to get Medicare to approve my doctor’s site changes. what a PITA. 😣
