The article discusses two teams. One, at MIT and Harvard, uses pills and micro-needles injecting into the stomach. The other one, at UCSD, is quite intriguing: it uses nanotech to deliver its vehicle to the small intestine using weird bubble propulsion…

The first team is working with Novo Nordisk. But I feel that both are unlikely to see therapeutic applications in the near future. Still, interesting 🙂
