@CarlosLuis I’m not sure if you are interested in a iPhone version of XDrip or not. The Android version has the capability to track heart rate, glucose, injections, carbs, etc along with a feature that sends a text message to someone of your choosing if you do not respond to low or high glucose alarms. The message includes map coordinates of your phone for 1st responders.

There is an Apple port of XDrip in the Apple app store called Zukka. I have never used it, but have read that it is a supported, user-friendly release of the **xDrip4iOS** project. There is a second app available in the app store called Shuggah which is also a port of **xDrip4iOS.**

You could also decide to install the base [xDrip4IOS](https://share.google/15KomM8VBRq2ArDLY) beta instead of using the Apple app store apps, you can install the program through Apple TestFlight or set it up using a Mac. XDrip4iOS has documentation for step-by-step guidance.

I push all my XDrip data to the cloud using NightScout so people (significant other, Drs, etc) can follow my data real time on a browser, watch, phone or whatever has a data connection.

A few thoughts, since I have set something like this up for my own family.

First the bad news: Apple Health only shares with other iPhones, and a spare Android phone on your WiFi would not be able to read it either. The data stays on your iPhone, so that route is a dead end.

If you wear a CGM, the maker’s own follower app is the easiest cross platform bridge. Dexcom Follow and LibreLinkUp both run on Android, so your sons could see your glucose and get alerts on their own phones without you buying any hardware. Both are free.

For general wellbeing beyond glucose, an Apple Watch might actually be the closest thing to that rehab room system you described. Fall detection and Emergency SOS will call for help and also text your emergency contacts, and those texts reach Android phones just fine.

There are also simple daily check in services built for people living alone. They ping you once a day and alert your contacts if you do not respond. Snug is one example that works on both platforms.

@Irakli , The 3 Musketeers (sons) are happy receiving a daily hello text from me. The good news is they are constantly chatting on that group text.

I’ve been using the free version of the Snug app for the last few years. Simple and effective.

Nightscout.
You can publish the data directly to a web based interface, last I checked.
