Cute kid with a great shirt… I would totally wear a shirt like that in public. Hope she has an amazing life!

I would let Liam wear it, but my wife wouldn’t. She’s always said she doesn’t want us to publicize anything the kids are going through unless they are OK with it. I can understand that…being their life, their privacy and all. But if it were just up to me, I’d totally not give a crap what others know and let him wear it in pride. But, I’m the lesser half. 😛
