Really nice article, Thank You!  
The only thing that threw me was the usually  
“For injected insulin we usually need 100iu per shot.”  
Hopefully not…and a simple misprint!

This is interesting, but I always wonder if the issues of oral insulin get solved, how to do correct dosing.
