Wow, I’m really insulin resistant. I have to self inject (with the pod) 10 units of Novolog. My sugars decide after the injection and pod that they want to go well past 300. My kidneys function is at 50%. I’m scared literally 😭😭

Is insulin injection from a pump? Or is it also from a syringe?  
By the way, you can stimulate insulin sensitivity through diet for about two months
