It isn’t too suprising to any of us, but here is a good article in Medscape that details the findings of the Senate report from meetings in early 2020. And the short answer is PBMs are one of the major problems.

It’s about time the DOJ deal with these companies like they did Purdue Phara. There needs to be substantial punative damages assessed. Otherwise this will go on for another 20 years.
