# How to find the sensor code of an already applied sensor on G6?

I’m a brand new G6 user (started last Saturday and am eager to bypass the crappy software and use xDrip+. Only thing is, I have no record of what the current sensor code is (threw the paper away mistakenly when I first installed it). There must be a way to find out what it is…?

Try this one: 9159.
FYI, the codes are not unique, but don’t guess.
What I do is I take a photo of the bottom with my phone so I have a stamp of when I put it in as well as the # should I need it again.
Do the same when I start a new transmitter as well.
