I had to call to get a pod replaced because of an occlusion.

We went through the normal process, and at the end of the call he gave me the little speech blurb that they always give - “_Thank you for calling Insulet. Remember, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year._”

So I replied, “_Which day are you closed this year?_”

He was confused, and he said, “_We are not ever closed._”

So when I reminded him that there are 366 days in this year, he started laughing and revised his statement and said “_…and **366** days a year._”

A lot of them are robots, it was nice to get someone with a sense of humor!
