A little bit late here…

Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday!
🇺🇸 🎆

This is the only picture I have. The ribs came off the grill and I was low, so picture time was over!

Great looking ribs! Either you have a large family, large appetites, or had friends over! My wife and I just got back off a cruise on RC’s Oasis of the Seas. They have a Bar-B-Que place on board (additional cost to eat there, bathrooms are still free!), their ribs looked great, but the flavor didn’t match their appearance. Hope your’s were as good as they look!

I think real charcoal and slow-cooking makes the difference. I have never used propane!

Low and slow makes a huge difference! I’ve only had a direct flame type b/que and switched to a propane long ago. My son-in-law has an electric smoker and it does a great job on ribs and the like!
