Sometimes I don’t get good answers from Insulet support, but I wanted to let everyone know I spoke with someone that was great and she gave very good information.

If you are ever puzzled about something about Omnipod, call support and ask for _Cassie_.

I’ve had others blow-off the follow-up calls and never track down the info, but Cassie provided great support.

So when you need something other than a simple pod replacement, ask for _Cassie_.

Does she sound a little bit older than the others, and these days taking calls isn’t her main job, and there’s no call-centre noise in the background, and she’s funny? If that’s her, I adore her. Every time I get her, we say how much we’ve missed each other.
