@Nancy50 If you go on Lantus, or already have. I also got nighttime lows and then a huge spike of my BG level before I woke because it didn’t last 24 hours and I had DP. Last year I decided to try a pump and MDI combo because of my site failures with Omnipod. I combated the problem I had before by splitting my dose of Lantus. That way I took a lower dose at night before I went to bed and higher in the morning. It worked fairly well as Lantus likes to start to spike around 6 hours after taking it and that was in line with my DP.
