# G6 won't stay paired

I have tried everything I can find for settings on Galaxy s10 running Android 10. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @jeffsurfsncocktails The issue you mentioned was a problem for many XDrip users because of the October and November Android updates which increased BLE security protocols.
You might see if there was a recent update on your phone, and if it was recently updated try rolling it back to the previous version. Alternatively, there might be an additional Android update that is available that would remedy the situation. XDrip was updated to rectify this issue in late November 2020.
If you are using the Dexcom app, check to see if there is an update in the Play store .

If you are using XDrip, there was a nightly build last November/December that corrects the issue.
