I am having an echocardiogram on Wednesday. I am trying to find out if I need to remove my sensor.

Hi welcome to FUD!
You don’t need to remove your sensor. Ultrasound won’t damage the sensor and your sensor probably isn’t in a spot that needs to be imaged.
