@ClaudnDaye, we use a punch to cut through tegaderm. [The right punch](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017JIPZZU) cuts the very exact shape needed for the Dexcom sensor. We prepunch all of our Tegaderms, directly through the packaging.
