Welcome @Mbernard623, unfortunately, I haven’t heard of anyone successfully connecting an Apple Watch directly to the Dexcom. The hold-up is apparently Dexcom needs to get a new version of their software approved for this to work. We currently have my son connecting through his Iphone to his Apple watch (gen 2) and it works beautifully, and also allows his mother and I to follow his bg on the Share app. Really glad you joined!
