It is, in fact, clear; at least in 2025 insulin provided under Part B as an adjunct to an insulin pump may cost no more than $35/month. It may cost less. This is part of the IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) but that is way less than clear. Here’s the skinny from the CMS:
