# 14-day libre with 1-hour warmup

I just noticed that on July 23 the US FDA approved the 2nd generation Libre that has 14-day wear and

Supposedly it’s expected to become available by the end of 2018. No alerts, so not yet a full CGM unless you go with a “we’re not waiting” solution.
